  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will be dispatched only after confirmation from our customer support or delivery partner.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited service availability. Our support team will inform you in such cases.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery basis.

  • Customers are required to make the full payment at the time of delivery.

  • Failure to accept or pay for an order may result in cancellation and restriction of future orders.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor your shipment.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-delivery can be arranged but may incur additional shipping charges.
