Thank you for shopping at Voltnest. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our guidelines for processing replacements. By shopping at Voltnest, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Replacement Eligibility

Product Condition

We want you to receive your product in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe

  • All complaints must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you request a replacement within 7 days of delivery, it will be processed free of cost.

  • Requests made after 7 days (up to 30 days) may include certain replacement charges.


Replacement Process

Step 1: Initiation

To start a replacement request, please share a clear video of the product issue with our customer support team within the eligible time frame.

  • In some cases, the issue may be due to usage, and our team will guide you on how to fix it.

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will proceed with one of the following options:

Option A – Return & Replace

You may be asked to ship the incorrect/damaged product (with its original box and all accessories) to our warehouse:

Voltnest Warehouse (via Zambeel Fulfillment)
Warehouse # 13, Plot # 4488
Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE

Once we receive the item, a replacement will be shipped to you within 5 working days, free of charge.

Option B – Courier Pickup & Replace

We may schedule a courier pickup of the product from your location.

  • Please keep the product packed in its original box with all accessories.

  • After collection, your replacement will be delivered within 14 working days.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept replacements for β€œchange of mind” purchases.


Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds. Only replacements are available under the conditions listed above.
