Q1: Do you accept advance payment?
👉 No. We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q2: How long does delivery take?
👉 Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days across the UAE.

Q3: What if my product is damaged or faulty?
👉 You can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days (up to 30 days), certain charges may apply.

Q4: Do you offer refunds?
👉 No. We only offer replacements for eligible cases.

Q5: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
👉 Unfortunately, no. We only accept replacements for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
